Envoii Message Center
The Envoii Message Center (EMC) is a web-based tool that allows organizations and individuals to send encrypted alerts and message to other users without any private data actually being "sent" to the recipient. The sender may designate part of the message private, which means it will remain encrypted on the server until the recipient logs in and authenticates. Only upon successful authentication may the recipient view the private text. The only text shown to the recipient without logging in is the portion of the message that is not private.
The ease, speed, and reliability of electronic data transfer have made it a ubiquitous solution for both personal and business communication. Simple, Web-based Access
The Envoii Message Center allows complete system access through a web browser. All communication with the EMC is conducted over encrypted tunnels using the SSL protocol ensuring security and privacy. Alerts, notifications, and subscriber data are never transferred by the Envoii system unencrypted.

Features and Functions
The robust EMC system provides full functionality to send, save, view, and track alerts and notifications.
Alerts - Create a notification from scratch or select from pre-created templates. Alerts may be configured to recur automatically or be sent at a time in the future.
Logged Access - All access to the EMC website is logged. Senders know exactly when and if their notifications were viewed.
User Groups - Administrators may create user groups to simplify the process of sending alerts to multiple subscribers.
Multiple Notification Methods - Individual users choose how to be notified of new alerts, ensuring that important messages are never missed. Choose from email, SMS, and/or the EAC application.
