The Envoii Alert Center (EAC) application resides in the system tray and provides notification to a user based on pre-defined triggering events. Notification messages are presented to the user on the desktop via pop-up messages when one of the pre-defined triggering events has occurred. When the user clicks the link presented on the pop-up balloon, the browser will be directed to the serving website, where the user may log in and view the message(s). Only general information and a link will be presented to the user. No private data will be passed.
